Withdrawal and Cancellation:
We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services, and to make financial transactions as necessary. In the event of service withdrawal or cancellation, reasonable notice will be provided to affected customers. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh fruits, orders may be subject to cancellation or delay in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or insufficient harvest.

 Liability:
While we strive to provide fresh and high-quality fruits, variations in size, color, and taste may occur due to natural factors. By purchasing our fruits, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent variability of agricultural products. We cannot be held liable for discrepancies in appearance or taste.

 Copyright Rules:
All content provided on our platform, including images and descriptions of our fruits, is subject to copyright protection. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 User Behavior:
Customers are expected to engage with our platform in a respectful and lawful manner. Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized access to our website or customer accounts is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to disable user accounts found in violation of these rules.

  Return and Refund Policy:
a. Terms of Return: Customers may initiate a return within 1 day of receiving their order.
b. State of Return: Fruits must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
c. Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for damaged or spoiled fruits only.
d. Process for Return: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
e. Process of Refund: Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the returned fruits. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

 السحب والإلغاء:

نحتفظ بالحق في سحب أو إلغاء الخدمات، وإجراء المعاملات المالية حسب الضرورة. في حالة سحب الخدمة أو إلغائها، سيتم توفير إشعار معقول للعملاء المتأثرين. نظرًا للطبيعة القابلة للتلف لفاكهتنا الطازجة، قد تكون الطلبات معرضة للإلغاء أو التأخير في حالات الظروف غير المتوقعة مثل سوء الأحوال الجوية أو قلة الحصاد.

  المسؤولية:
 على الرغم من أننا نسعى لتوفير فواكه طازجة وعالية الجودة، قد تحدث تغيرات في الحجم واللون والطعم نتيجة للعوامل الطبيعية. عن طريق شراء فواكهنا، يقر العملاء ويقبلون التباين الطبيعي في المنتجات الزراعية. لا يمكننا أن نتحمل مسؤولية الاختلافات في المظهر أو الطعم.

 قواعد حقوق النشر:
 يخضع جميع المحتوى المقدم على منصتنا، بما في ذلك الصور والوصفات لفواكهنا، لحماية حقوق النشر. العملاء غير مسموح لهم بتكرار أو توزيع أو تعديل محتوانا دون الحصول على موافقة مسبقة. قد تؤدي الاستخدام غير المصرح به إلى اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية.

  سلوك المستخدم:
 يتوقع من العملاء التفاعل مع منصتنا بطريقة محترمة وقانونية. أي إساءة استخدام أو تحرش أو وصول غير مصرح به إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني أو حسابات العملاء ممنوع بشدة. نحتفظ بالحق في تعطيل حسابات المستخدمين الذين ينتهكون هذه القواعد.

  سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد:

  أ. شروط الإرجاع: يمكن للعملاء بدء عملية الإرجاع خلال 1 أيام من استلام طلبهم.
 ب. حالة الإرجاع: يجب إعادة الفواكه في عبوتها الأصلية وغير المفتوحة.
 ج. سبب الإرجاع: يتم قبول الإرجاع للفواكه التالفة أو المعطوبة فقط.
د. عملية الإرجاع: لبدء عملية الإرجاع، يجب على العملاء الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء للحصول على تعليمات حول كيفية إرجاع المنتج.
 هـ. عملية الاسترداد: سيتم إصدار الاسترداد خلال 15أيام من استلام الفواكه المرجعة. سيتم معالجة الاسترداد إلى الطريقة الأصلية للدفع.
